The cut-off time for orders is 7 pm Brisbane Time (Australia). Orders received before this time will be dispatched on the following day. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next subsequent business day. The current date and time for where we are is:

We take every effort to safeguard your goods from any potential damage during transit.

Please note that we reserve the right to adjust the shipping costs for orders being delivered to remote, isolated, or unserviced regions, or for particularly heavy or bulky items. In such cases, we will notify you before dispatching your order.

Shipping Rates

For orders within Australia:

  • A standard shipping charge will be applied to all orders at the checkout based on the weight and cubic measurements of the order.
  • For orders exceeding $1,000, we offer FREE standard delivery.
  • Express delivery is available at an additional cost, calculated based on the weight of the goods. You must contact us prior to completing your order at checkout to arrange express delivery.

For international orders, delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of your order. For express delivery please contact us to arrange a quote. Please note that all import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery Timelines

Please be aware that delivery times vary widely depending on the destination. At times there may be unexpected delays. In some cases, standard delivery within Australia may take up to two weeks. If you need your order as soon as possible, please contact us for the latest delivery information or to arrange express delivery options.

Return Policy

We accept returns only for products that are faulty or damaged during transit. We request that you inspect your order as soon as you receive it to ensure that all items are correct and in good condition. If you notice any damage, please notify us immediately.

Items which become damaged once in your stock, or pass their expiry date are not eligible for return. All of our products are shipped with at least a 12-month shelf life.

To return an item, you’ll need to obtain a Returned Goods Authority (RGA) from us first. Any goods returned without an RGA may not be accepted. Contact us to request our RGA form.
