Sometimes it is not possible to find the best herbs and ingredients of the highest quality in Australia as not all of these can grow to their optimal state here, so there may be times were there is a need to import some ingredients or herbs from countries where they grow much better naturally.

Where this is the case, HerbiTea chooses to import only the best by finding the highest quality, organic ingredients and herbs needed.

What does each bag weigh?

HerbiTea has two sizes available in their tea blends, either 50g or 100g bags. These weights do not include the weight of the packaging or shipping materials, this is the weight of the tea in each bag.

Does this Respiratory tea blend expire?

Yes. Like all things natural, this will reach a point where it has expired. HerbiTea’s Respiratory Tea blend is sent to you in a resealable zip lock bag to help seal the freshness in.

All of the ingredients and herbs used in this blend have been harvested when they are at their best. They have then been dried and carefully prepared to be used in teas. Special attention has been paid to packaging to ensure that HerbiTea is able to keep them in their best state for your use.

Once opened, the bag should have a shelf life of up to 12 months as long as you have stored it in a cool dry place, and kept it out of direct sunlight.

How easy is it to make this Respiratory Tea?

Following HerbiTea’s instructions as provided on the back of their pack, the recommendations for each blend differ. This blend is one that can be very fine, so the use of an ultra-fine strainer or infuser is suggested.

To brew your Respiratory tea just add 1 teaspoon of loose tea per cup to hot water and allow it to steep at 95°C or 203°F for 3 to 4 minutes.

Does this Respiratory Tea come in tea bags?

No, this tea is sold as a loose-leaf blend and is not available in tea bags.

Where are orders sent out from?

All of our orders are sent out of Brisbane. We are a small Australian business who are proud to share the HerbiTea range with you.

How long will delivery take?

Orders within Australia normally take between 2 and 10 business days to be delivered, with regional and remote areas taking longer due to postal service limitations.

International orders normally take between 14 and 20 business days to be delivered, with countries that are not on major shipping routes at times taking a little longer.

Occasionally there may be postal network delays that are beyond our control. Where these prove to be an issue, we appreciate your patience and we will work with you and the relevant carrier to resolve the matter as promptly as possible.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we do. You may be eligible for a refund, provided your refund request meets our Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds are not available for change of mind or if there are shipping delays beyond our control.
